Road side shrine of Fatima Mata Samaj (फातिमा माता समाज), Talavli, Dongri (Mumbai, India)

I took these pictures on my way home after spending some fun time with my office colleagues at the famous Water Kingdom. This may not be a church (i.e. in keeping with the theme of my blog) however it is a nice peaceful place of Christian worship (RC). Such road side shrines are very common to any catholic neighborhood in this part of India (Maharashtra and Konkan area). This shrine is on the main road leading to Gorai and Manori areas.
